Temperature control for cooling systems with a heat exchanger







This is a common application for cooling with a heat exchanger. 
The Bürkert system solution uses a proportional valve Type 6023 and its controller Type1094 with temperature transmitter. The controller is an external device. Instead of this the cable plug temperature controller Type 8625-2 could be used with the Burkert proportional valve.

This system solution guarantees accurate temperature control of the fluid and needs less mounting space due to compact system.

Water Quality Monitoring





 Monitoring water quality levels including Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) to ensure that your drinking water remains inside accepted safe levels. Total Dissolved Solids refer to any minerals, metals, salts, cations or anions dissolved in water. This includes anything present in water other that the pure water (H2O) molecule and suspended solids (suspended solids are any particles / substances that are neither dissolved nor settled in the water, such as wood pulp). PH and Turbidity levels are monitored and measured as well.In general, the total dissolved solids concentration is the sum of the cations (positively charged) and anioins (negatively charged) ions in the water. Parts per million (ppm) is the weight-to-weight ratio of any ion to water.

Overload Relays

The Siemens solid-state overload relays up to 630 A with internal power supply have been designed for current-dependent protection of loads with normal and heavy starting against excessive temperature rises due to overload, phase unbalance or phase failure.

An overload, phase unbalance or phase failure result in an increase of the motor current beyond the set motor rated current. This current rise is detected by the current transformers integrated into the devices and evaluated by corresponding solid-state circuits which then output a pulse to the auxiliary contacts. The auxiliary contacts then switch off the load by means of a contactor. The break time depends on the ratio between the tripping current and operating current and is stored in the form of a long-term stable tripping characteristic (see Characteristics). The "tripped" status is signaled by means of a switch position indicator (see Functions). The contactor is either reset manually or automatically (see Functions) after the recovery time has elapsed (see Functions).
The devices are manufactured in accordance with environmental guidelines and contain environmentally friendly and recyclable materials. They comply with important worldwide standards and approvals.
