Drinking Water Contamination Warning Systems & Water Quality Monitoring / Testing

We have developed drinking water contamination monitoring system (Water Quality Monitoring). Our turn-key systems (including valves, meters, sensors, pumps, automated remote software, etc.) and processes monitor water quality levels online and real-time to ensure that your drinking water remains inside accepted safe levels. These water quality testing systems may be strategically place throughout municipal water systems at key points and may be programmed to alarm and communicate directly to the municipality officials by cell phone when contaminants are detected.
Our systems are able to measure:  • Dissolved oxygen  • pH • ORP • Conductivity • Harmful Chemicals  • Temperature • Turbidity • TSS (total suspended solids) • Ammonium • Nitrate • Potassium • COD (chemical oxygen demand) • TOC (total organic carbon) • DOC (dissolved organic carbon share of TOC) • SAC (spectral absorption coefficient) • BOD (biochemical oxygen demand)
Key Benefits:     Ensure safe drinking water for city residents   Streamline the water monitoring process
Increase water quality monitoring efficiency and control    Monitor data in real-time 24/7/365 from any computer
Effective tool against contamination and bio-terrorism    Save money by cutting employee time and labor

Water Treatment Processes

Effluent and Waste Water Treatment

Improving the performance of your water treatment systems can reduce operating costs and reduce environmental pollution. Most companies operate effluent treatment plants to reduce the potential for pollution of receiving waters and to comply with discharge consent conditions. Effective management and control of the processes used for effluent treatment will help you to reduce operating costs and increase profits.
Improving the performance of your water treatment systems will reduce your operating costs and make it easier for your site to comply with its discharge consent conditions. A thorough understanding of the properties of your company's water treatment controls and systems is essential for cost-effective and environmental friendly output.
Our processes can also monitor water quality levels including Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) to ensure that your drinking water remains inside accepted safe levels. Total Dissolved Solids refer to any minerals, metals, salts, cations or anions dissolved in water. This includes anything present in water other that the pure water (H2O) molecule and suspended solids (suspended solids are any particles / substances that are neither dissolved nor settled in the water, such as wood pulp). PH and Turbidity levels are monitored and measured as well.

Overload Relays

The Siemens solid-state overload relays up to 630 A with internal power supply have been designed for current-dependent protection of loads with normal and heavy starting against excessive temperature rises due to overload, phase unbalance or phase failure.

An overload, phase unbalance or phase failure result in an increase of the motor current beyond the set motor rated current. This current rise is detected by the current transformers integrated into the devices and evaluated by corresponding solid-state circuits which then output a pulse to the auxiliary contacts. The auxiliary contacts then switch off the load by means of a contactor. The break time depends on the ratio between the tripping current and operating current and is stored in the form of a long-term stable tripping characteristic (see Characteristics). The "tripped" status is signaled by means of a switch position indicator (see Functions). The contactor is either reset manually or automatically (see Functions) after the recovery time has elapsed (see Functions).
The devices are manufactured in accordance with environmental guidelines and contain environmentally friendly and recyclable materials. They comply with important worldwide standards and approvals.
